Click "Create Account" on the homepage or the top navigation bar. Fill in your name, email, and password. You can join as a Learner (to study and take exams) or an Examiner (to create and sell content). Your account is ready instantly.

Learners access past questions, take certification exams, follow training courses, and track their performance. Examiners can create question banks, set up exams, upload course content, and earn revenue from sales. You choose your role at sign-up.

Currently roles cannot be changed from the settings page. Please contact support at message@cbtland.com and we will update your account role within 24 hours.

Go to the Referrals page from your dashboard sidebar. Copy your unique referral link and share it. When a friend registers using your link and makes their first purchase, you automatically earn a 5% commission.

Browse the Marketplace, find a past question pack, add it to your cart, and purchase it. Once purchased, the pack appears in "My Exams" on your dashboard where you can start a timed or untimed session.

Yes. All question packs are curated from authentic past examinations from institutions and professional bodies. Questions are reviewed by certified examiners before publishing.

Your progress is auto-saved every time you answer a question. If you lose connection or close the browser, you can resume from where you left off by returning to "My Exams" and clicking "Continue".

Each correctly answered question earns you one point. Your percentage score is (correct answers ÷ total questions) × 100. Some question packs have negative marking — this is displayed before you begin the exam.

We accept debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD payments through Paystack — Nigeria's most trusted payment gateway. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

This can happen due to a network issue. First, check your "My Exams" or "Training" page — the item may already be unlocked. If not, go to Help > Complaints and submit a payment complaint with your bank reference number. We resolve these within 2 hours.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase for a valid reason, contact support within 30 days. Digital content that has been fully accessed is generally not refundable, but we evaluate each case fairly.

No. CBT Land does not store card details. All payment information is processed and securely held by Paystack, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

Purchase and pass a certification exam with a score of 70% or above. After passing, your certificate is automatically generated and available to download from your dashboard under "My Certificates".

CBT Land certificates are issued for completed assessments and courses. For professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, PMP, ICAN), CBT Land provides preparation — the official certification body issues the globally recognized credential.

Yes. Download your certificate as a PDF from your dashboard and upload it to LinkedIn under "Licences & Certifications". You can also copy the verification link to share digitally.

Certificates use the name on your registered account. To correct this, update your name in Account Settings and re-download your certificate. If the name is still incorrect, contact support.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address and we will send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

Go to your Dashboard → Account Settings (profile icon in the top right). You can update your full name, phone number, and profile picture. Email changes require verification.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure HTTPS connections, and never sell your personal data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

To request account deletion, contact us at message@cbtland.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days and remove all personal data as required by law.

Each course can include video lessons (YouTube or direct upload), text and article content, image galleries, and downloadable PDF resources. You can switch between lesson types within any course.

PDF resources within lessons can be downloaded. Video and text content is streamed online. Offline downloading of video is not currently supported but is on our roadmap.

Your progress is tracked automatically. After completing each lesson, click "Mark as Complete". Your overall progress percentage is shown on the Training page, and detailed analytics are on the Performance page.

When all lessons are marked complete, you receive a Course Completion Badge visible in your profile, and a completion notification. Some courses unlock a certification exam upon completion.
